Deep Sorrow - Energy Clearing Session

This clearing session is to help you release deep underlying sorry from your field. This can be from events you may have experienced or from nothing you can identify, but still feel it. I chose the card "Sweet Chestnut" from the oracle card deck: Listening to the Flowers by Dina Saalisi. Sweet Chestnut is from the Back Flower Essences. If you feel deep sorry, this flower essence may be beneficial for you to try.

Subconscious sorrow is also known as hidden or repressed grief. It can manifest in various ways (often without the person being fully aware that they are experiencing sorrow). Here are some common symptoms:

  • Persistent Sadness or Melancholy: Feeling a pervasive sense of sadness that isn't linked to a specific event or easily identifiable cause.

  • Emotional Numbness: Experiencing a general lack of emotions or a sense of detachment from life and relationships.

  • Physical Symptoms: Unexplained aches, pains, fatigue, or other physical issues that lack a medical explanation can be linked to repressed emotions.

  • Sleep Disturbances: Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or experiencing frequent nightmares can be indicative of underlying grief.

  • Changes in Appetite or Weight: Significant changes in eating habits, leading to weight loss or gain, might be a sign of subconscious sorrow.

  • Irritability or Anger: Unexplained irritability, frustration, or anger can often be a way that repressed sorrow expresses itself.

  • Difficulty Concentrating: Finding it hard to focus on tasks or making decisions might be a result of emotional turmoil beneath the surface.

  • Withdrawal from Social Activities: Avoiding social interactions and preferring isolation can be a symptom of unrecognized sorrow.

  • Lack of Motivation or Interest: A general lack of enthusiasm or interest in activities that were once enjoyable might indicate repressed grief.

  • Anxiety or Restlessness: Feeling anxious, restless, or having a sense of impending doom can be linked to unresolved sorrow.

  • Increased Use of Substances: Turning to alcohol, drugs, or other substances as a way to cope with feelings that can't be easily identified or expressed.

  • Guilt or Self-Blame: Feeling an undue sense of guilt or responsibility for events, especially those that are out of one's control, can be a sign of hidden grief.

  • Difficulty in Experiencing Joy: Finding it hard to experience happiness or pleasure, even in positive situations, may suggest underlying sorrow

If you or someone you know is experiencing several of these symptoms, it might be helpful to explore the possibility of subconscious sorrow, potentially with the support of a mental health professional.
