Inner Freedom and Energetic Sovereignty?

This might be one of the more unusual clearings I've done in a while. What is energetic sovereignty, or sovereignty of any kind for that matter? It's being in control over your energy field. This means having control over what triggers you or sets you off on a spiral of downward energy. Stopping it in it's tracks. It's the practice of being watchful for negative emotions and blocks, and then releasing or clearing them. For me, this is the #1 goal of spiritual work and "inner work". It's also the most rewarding.

What is Energetic Sovereignty?

Here's the definition of sovereignty according to Google and Oxford Languages. For the energetic aspect, just think the energy behind the state or emotions. Or in general, a supreme power or authority over our energy.
